Weekly Site Inspections
Our certified personnel will inspect your site weekly or bi-weekly in accordance with the Texas General Permit including all mandatory inspection areas outlined.
Post-Construction Inspections
Our services are not limited to sites undergoing construction. Our inspectors can monitor your permanent stormwater structures, including detention ponds, to ensure long-term functionality.
In accordance with the Texas Construction General Permit (CGP), SWPPP / SWP3 Inspections by qualified personnel are required a minimum of once every fourteen (14) calendar days and within 24 hours of the end of a storm event of 0.5 inches or greater. Our inspectors are qualified to operate across the state of Texas, meeting General Permit requirements.
Our inspection scope includes the following to keep you in compliance with Construction General Permit requirements: All stormwater controls (including sediment and erosion control measures identified in the SWP3) to ensure that they are installed properly, Check for signs of visible erosion and sedimentation that can be attributed to the points of discharge where discharges leave the construction site, Identify any incidents of noncompliance, Inspect locations where vehicles enter or exit the site for evidence of off-site sediment tracking, If an inspection is performed when discharges from the construction site are occurring, and Identify all discharge points at the site, and observe and document the visual quality of the discharge.
